Hi, my name is Kat. I develop functional & innovative digital media through the synergy of concept, design and development.
I was born in Germany and have been living in Queensland, Australia since 2007. I am now based in London, UK where I am building on my extensive experience as an UX / Digital Designer.
With over 7 years of experience, I have worked on a broad range of projects and campaigns including websites, mobile sites, online shops, e-learning applications and blogs for industries ranging from fashion, music, culture, retail and corporate.
My multidisciplinary background enables me to considering user goals as well as business objectives and technical/design limitations when working on new concept.
I enjoy working on all aspects of a project,
creating fully customised solutions:
- The creation of a strategy ( UX concepts,
information architecture & marketing plan ) - The design of interfaces, graphics and layout according to branding guidelines
- The development using WordPress, HTML/CSS (hand-code), jQuery, PHP, responsive design
